Jean Hsu, MSRED

Jean Hsu, MSRED, founded FCIC and has served as its president since 1986. With a Master of Science degree in Real Estate Development from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Jean is well practiced in conducting, analyzing and delivering due diligence studies, feasibility studies, market and product assessments, site evaluations entitlement process, financial pro forma analyses, and financing. Jean is a licensed real estate broker in Florida and California and a licensed Florida mortgage broker.
